The Officer’s tab and this will work in a very similar basis to the way the appointment and resignation of director’s work. The appointment and resignation of an Officer will apply to any one defined as a Prescribed Officer as well as the auditor, members of the audit committee, members of a board committee, etc. Sky Sec will maintain these records and produce the necessary registers. When you appoint an officer it will be necessary to add a designation by clicking on the designation where it will give you a list of the designations you can select.
