The Sky Time system allows an employees time sheet to be verified or checked by a manager or partner.
There is a field under Employee Maintenance to tag if that employees timesheet must be verified/checked
On timesheet entry, there is a new icon display, left of employee code
This will display the notes icon if the timesheet has not been checked
And will display a green tick if the timesheet has been checked.
When a new entry to a timesheet is created, the system will automatically create a timesheet check note for that week, if the employee has been tagged for timesheet verification.
For existing timesheets, run a recalc for that week.
Timesheets will not be editable and no new entries will be allowed if that weeks timesheet has been checked/verified.
To check/verify a timesheet, click on the notes icon for that week and tag the note as completed
