1. Select The Project option from the menu
2. Select the client on the left panel
3. Select the All Projects on the top right panel
4. Right click on the word Project
5. The screen will change as follows
6. Select the projects that you want to merge, by clicking on the box on the left of each project.
7. Click on the Merge button
8. The projects will now be merged and only the first project will be kept
