This screen is your dashboard of secretarial transactions.
Shown below is a picture of all the panels of transactions in Sky Sec. On the left hand side you have the list of clients with all the various icons and filters which allow you to select the client that you want. On the top right hand side you have got the header information for the transaction that have being performed, the name of the company that is selected and various other bits of information. On the right the ticks under the transaction type will indicate which transactions have been performed
Just below you have got all the transactions that have been done against this client starting from the bottom to 13 at the top, and by clicking the little down arrow next to entry you can reverse the order. Then the last part of the transaction are the tabs on the bottom right hand side and by selecting the various tabs you can do different kinds of transactions or see the history of a transaction.
In order to do a directors transaction click on the directors tab or the shares tab for a a shares transaction.
