Use this option to process tax refunds expected and to make sure that all refunds are received. This option will allow the firm to track that all outstanding refunds have been received.
Sometimes the notice for receiving a refund and the actual receiving of the refund takes a long time. SARS sends out an assessment, but sometimes with notices. It is only when all the queries have been attended to that the refund will actually be processed and refunded to the client.
This process can be run from the assessment transaction screen.
