Where there is a shareholder which is a company or trust and the individual owners of that company or beneficiaries are not shown the shareholder link will display in orange as is shown on the screen below. This is an indication that the shareholders or trustees information has not been entered on the Sky Sec system. In order for the system to produce a full beneficial owners register and organorgram the full details must be obtained.
The Beneficial Ownership report will also show the last company in the same link but will not go further as shown below.
