In a one to many transfer an existing share certificate number will be selected and transferred to many new share certificate numbers.
Continue entering the new certificate numbers until all the shares to be transferred are allocated, i.e., until the available balance to transfer is equal to zero. Do not leave any balance on a certificate that you are transferring from. Allocate the remaining shares of the transfer to a new share certificate.
Cert no.1 A 100%
Cert no.2 B 50%
Cert no.3 C 50%
In this example the original shareholder A transfers all his 100 shares to B 50 and shares C 50 shares to create certificates number 2 and 3. The original share certificate number 1 must be canceled.
