Enter all the shareholders on this screen manually or click on the to automatically pull the data from Sky Secretarial. When entering manually make sure the share register is available with all the data. If you do not use Sky Secretarial make sure you have all the details of the shareholders before you start as it is going to hold you up if you do not.
On the shareholder type there is a drop down to select the type of shareholder as indicated below..
If you click where indicated below one can drill down to find the record required if the shareholders details are in the master client file.
Enter the Contributed Tax Capital on the screen below. To enter the data click on the share capital you want to work with.Select edit and the fields will be in yellow.
