In order to print the declaration only once for Directors/shareholders etc for a group
From the Fica screen
At the top right, on the search field
Type cllink=XXX where XXX is the link code for the group
This will than show all clients, including shareholders/directors of clients that have the link code as XXX
Then print the FICA info sheet ( new report) instead of the pack
