Sticky Notes - how it works v
If the tax correspondence is downloaded manually it will allocate it to that user that downloaded.
If it is down automatically as a service it will be allocated to the user that submitted the return.
If the tax return has not being submitted then it will say “System” as the user.
The sticky note is allocated to the person that is creating the ticket, but can however be changed to any other user.
It will also be categorised as Type Tax in the tax system or Sec or in the Secretarial System etc
