How to register as a Third Party Data Provider
You need the Third Party Data Submission file from SARS - download from here:-
In order to be able to submit the data file generated you have to finish the 3rd party data registration.
In addition to the above the trust you are submitting needs to be registered for the IT3 tax type.
The steps are as follows
1. Register the trust for IT3
2. Register yourself as an IT3 data provider.
1.Register the organisation
2. Register a Technical Admin
- This person will receive a certificate form SARS to be able to connect to the website
3. Register a technical User
- This person will receive a username and password and a link to the website
3. Once the above is done you can generate the file from Accfin.
4. Logon to the website and upload the file generated. You will received 2 response files.
5. Log on to e-filing and do the final declaration.
