How to process annual returns. Make sure you are on the annual returns screen indicated below.
1. Choose the incorporation month you will be working on, well before the deadline date.
2. Select the year to generate the annual returns.
3. Click on the functions icon4. Select generate annual returns. Wait until its completed.
4. Then select generate compliance checklist.
5. Client codes should change from orange to black colour.
6. Orange colour means, that client’s annual return is not generated for that year you are on.
Should this be the case:
- Select the client
- On the top right panel. Click on new icon to generate for the year.
7. Click on the report icon to print your annual return list due.
8. You can make use of the screens on the bottom right panel to capture information accordingly.
9. Click on the switch view icon then extend your left screen by stretching it to the right.
10. Make use of the status to keep track of the annual returns (you can add more statuses, call support for assistance).
11. Use the email options on the left hand side to send the email with all the clients on the to the list of clients.
11. Once submitted on CIPC, you can capture the submission date on the program and change the status to Submitted. This helps to keep track of submitted and un-submitted returns.12. The exclamation icon indicates which returns are overdue for the year if no submission date captured.
13. Once you are satisfied with the return. You click on the report icon on the web info screen to print your reports.
