Estimate Provisional Tax on Last Tax Returns - IND

The Provisional Tax Estimated Calc screen in Sky Tax is designed to do a more exact provisional tax calculation where the taxpayer has many income components in building up taxable income. This facility allows you to pull through the details from the last tax return and help in the determination of the provisional tax estimate and modify the numbers for the provisional tax filing based on previous returns at your finger tips. Works for individuals companies and trusts.

Select Year

1. Select Year
In order to pull through the source code and amount select the year required.

Move Taxable to Prov Tax Estimate

2. Move Taxable to Prov Tax Estimate
Click on the icon to move the numbers from taxable to Prov Estimate

Edit to Modify Prov Estimate

3. Edit to Modify Prov Estimate
In order to modify the amount click edit and overtype the provisional tax estimate with new figures and then click the green tick.

Update and Calculate Provisonal Tax

4. Update and Calculate Provisonal Tax
Click on the above option and the provisional tax ledger will update the income and recalculate.
